It was a really comfortable stay. We got a four bed room all to ourselves. The bathroom was clean. The room and beds were clean. The location was excellent, around 5-10 minute walk from Plaza Bib-Rambla with lots of restaurants nearby. We were also allowed to check-in early when we arrived ahead of schedule at 11:00. The only drawback is the stairs you have to climb to go to your room. We were placed on the third floor and had to climb the narrow stairs. Other than that everything was good.

Lovely room overlooking the street, with a little balcony. Was very grateful for the air conditioning as temp was 38 degrees. The reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.

This was an awesome hostel! It has a very homely, cosy vibe so definitely not somewhere to stay for a party. But the location was amazing! And the four share dorms were so cozy. I got given linen and my own towel, thy have proper showers (not the shared bathroom sort) and you can adjust you’re own aircon. The staff were lovely and when approached. It’s not a modern design or look but it only adds to the Spanish homely feel. Definitely very much value for he money you pay. Loved it.

The hostel was right in the City center and everything was very close by. Ana and the rest of the staff we’re very accommodating! They took really good care of us. Our room was clean and good enough for 2 nights. There’s a lot to do in Granada and I highly suggest people stay here if passing by Granada!

Weird atmosphere at this hostel- definitely not one to stay in if you want to meet people and go out partying. There are only 2 bathrooms which isn’t enough as we had to wait a long time to use the bathroom/shower. Kitchen is pretty smelly and small. Staff are nice but it seems like it’s where they hangout as they were always using the common spaces and there wasn’t much room for guests. Good value for private rooms. They gave us towels and linen and the rooms are clean.

They only take card payment above €50 euro even it states cash and card payment are accepted on the website, which is completely misleading. They also charge for leaving the luggage after checking out. In addition, if you want to stay in living room after checking out, they even charge more cos they assume you use their facility, which is a bit weird to me. I am a backpacker, stayed a lot of hostles. This is the only hostle charges their guest for leaving luggage for few hours after checking out

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!!! My backpack was completely swarmed with ants, it was DISGUSTING! Hundreds of ants everywhere and in my bag. Staff did nothing and showed no remorse. It was like communicating with robots they showed no compassion or interest in helping anyone. Not to mention there is no age limit so I shared a room with older men that were practically yelling having a conversation until 2am and made it very uncomfortable to be in the room. I was denied a refund. Awful place, avoid it!

DON'T GO THERE The wrost place ever. Fist time i have been worried for my security. Water coming out from electricity web. Taking a shower is flirting with death. Electrical plug hangs along the walls wich a direct access to naked cables. the AC plug already burned. Then the conection cable is now crossing the room and is used to hang and dry towels. There are out of legacy. Felt as a "pay and shut up tourist". Someone will die there.
