Very friendly staff. I really enjoyed the common area. It could have more bathrooms and private sockets and lights in each bed. Good value for money and the location was great

Lots of really nice touches, such as free drinks 24/7 and free breakfast. Fairly large room with 4 beds and secure door locks. Good kitchen but maybe needs a third fridge, superb helpful staff. Considering this is in UK it’s superb value. Location is walking distance to city, but the area looks very run down and post industrial, that said I felt safe walking back after midnight. Other than The Custard Factory not much to do in the immediate vicinity but CC is only a 10 min walk away.

With the hostel just across the road from a garage now turned into a music venue, the noise can be pretty loud, fortunately it seems to go off before midnight so that it is liveable with. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and with no other person in the room I think it was amazingly cheap.

It was really dusty, and there were sketchy people in the social areas that you could tell there were not clients of the hostel. Apart from that, it was really good. Staff were really friendly, perfect location next to many bus stops and the coach station, good breakfast and all day coffee and tea.

Close to coach station and city, but in the middle of a sketchy industrial area. Two buildings, one is separate from the reception. Cleanest bathrooms and showers I've ever seen in a hostel (THANK YOUUU). Good vibe in communal area, lots of art, books, bar and free brekky. Cheap laundry service and nice staff. Kitchen is good but a bit too small for all the guests and staff that use it.

I stayed in a twin room for 2 nights. I left my washing for the washing service after i checked in, went to pick it up when checking out (gave them extra time cus i knew the hostel was busy) it hadnt been washed. I had a long term resident knocking on my door at 1am accusing me of stealing his prescription glasses! They told me the kitchen was in my building it had a toaster n a bar fridge. I was not made aware of the dorm kitchen until i washed my breaky plate up on departure. Breaky was good.
