The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms are very clean and comfy. Security is good as well. Will definitely recommend.

Nice little hostel - good brekky, warm vibes, great movies! Nice staff and great location (the area looks a little run down, so beware if you're arriving late at night, but then again I was in the area for a long while at night and I never felt unsafe or saw any trouble). Definitely the best hostel in Birmingham, does it's job well. Would recommend. Also it's literally right next door to the central bus station.

I would really consider my options before staying here again due to the fact that I I received homophobic abuse from members of the public nearby and also witnessed a car burglary.

Good hostel. Location is a bit dodgy. Not a party hostel, seemed to be a place where people stayed kinda long term.

The rooms are quite basic but I slept well. I don't usually hang out in hostel common room areas but there was a really nice atmosphere here so I did. The showers were good as was the kitchen facilities. As hostel breakfasts go this was pretty good - they offered white and seeded bread for toast, lots of spreads and fresh fruit. The only con was it was noisy at night but with ear plugs I managed to sleep!

Good location, 1.5 blocks from the coach station. Great breakfast, with real fruits and many jams.
