Blue Bicycle House was a very clean and boutique hostel. It had a huge lounge area to hang out and read, get work done or watch some television. There weren't many travellers there so we had the dorm to ourselves which was nice, if you're looking for an atmosphere you may have to come on a weekend. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was continental - all you need to start the day. Close to lots of the attractions or restaraunts in town, and just steps away from a great lookout.

Very nice hostel with great staff. Location is great, close to the colonial center. Beds are comfortable and I was the only guest in the dorm.. recommended!

Stayed for 2 nights in dorm. Only shared a 6-bed with 1 other young guy. Staff were very polite. The hostel was pretty much empty until New Years Eve. 3-minute walk to downtown and all the sights of Queretaro. Lockers in dorm were a plus. 2 showers for the hostel, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Under 10-minute drive to Bus Terminal. Fresh water to drink and refill water bottles available at no charge. Facilities were clean. 10 peso charge for bath towels. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Blue Bicycle did the trick but nothing special. Top highlights were the incredible water pressure and hot water and the awesome view of the city from the terrace. Breakfast was sub-par as they only give you one banana, one bowl of cereal, one piece of bread, and one coffee. Pretty meh compared to other hostels. Location was close to where you wanna be there. Was only there one night but no sign of a party atmosphere, may have had to do with the ~30 French 14 yo field tri that was staying there!

Decent place on the edge of the center. Fairly dead but I was there off season. ATM is quite far away. Free breakfast sucks, but free is free. A very dry piece of toast and jam. Some coffee, no tea.

Staff was friendly enough and view from the terrace is awesome, but do not recommend. I was the only person in the whole place so no atmosphere. Plus no hot water and the beds are hard and itchy. Threadbare blanket and lumpy pillow. Left after one night even though I was planning on staying multiple.

The hostel was closing the next day so I had to check out early. They didn't bother to tell me it was because of fumigation against bed bugs. I didn't realize I got bitten until after I checked out. Really poor call on their part to allow guests and not tell them anything.
