I loved this place! It's super cozy, the staff was INCREDIBLE! So nice and accommodating! The house was adorable, super clean, kitchen well stocked, even a tv in the room. That said the location isn't great if you don't have a car. You can definitely walk or take the bus downtown, but not ideal in winter (summer or spring should be fine). If you're looking for a more mellow, relaxing place to stay where you can cook your own food and take a nice bath then this is what you're looking for :)

Wonderful house, Zeno and his staff couldn’t do enough for you. They’re always around to help and offer suggestions. Breakfast every morning is self serve and simple enough, facilities are all spotless. Rooms are beautiful. House is a little far from the centre but you can get the 11 bus or walk it easily enough. Absolutely will return.

Wonderful stay. Very good for digital nomads. Sexy lighting, good sleepover, comfy beds. Bathroom very tiny for a ogre like me :_)

Great hostel, staff were super helpful, only downside is sharing the bathroom for the price but Iceland is expensive so that's to be expected

Simple accommodation for a one night stay close to Reykjavik. We had four people in what was labeled as a triple room. It would have been a bit crowded on one of the beds if we didn't have two more petite females in our group. There was only one bathroom to share with the four of us and another room and the shower quickly filled with water.

Very friendly staff, coffee and tea available for everyone. Very comfortable beds, just a bit of a weird smell in the room, possibly from the electric heater

Lovely guesthouse. Kind of expensive in the way all of Iceland is, but great location if you like Seltjarnarnes. Also right by a grassy area that makes Northern Lights-gazing pretty convenient at the right time of year. Facilities fine. Rooms vary in size, some have the low diagonal roofs of an upstairs half-storey - just watch your head. Breakfast pretty simple continental. Beware: B&B charges you full two weeks before arrival.

    Very Good

I loved the staircase. This is a beautiful old building that could do with a ‘lift’, to make it more welcoming. The bathroom carpet is all worn, at the door and it is like no one has noticed, or cared. The bathrooms and the whole atmosphere could be so lovely with the input of someone with some sensibility for interior design. The young woman who runs the place was nice. We saw The Northern Lights, because of a tip off from her. It is a great location if that is what you are after.
