Really nice place for it's money. Great location, polite staff. The atmosphere was really chill. The room I was staying was without any windows, this made me feel weird, because there is no way for you to wake up in a bright room because of sunlight. Also the blanket was really short, not enough to cover my feet and shoulders. But overall I like it.

We had a great time staying at the hostel. It was very affordable and definitely worth the money overall. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and we were lent towels too. The staff aren’t around 24/7, we had a 3pm check in (stated during booking) and there was no staff in sight. The hostel life downstairs can be pretty lively if you’re into that, but other times it can be dead. The location is excellent as it is a walkable distance from many attractions and restaurants in Kuching city.

Pros: great location (close to some really good restaurants and the bus stop), air con worked really well Cons: no one staying there, sometimes staff wasn’t around, numbers were left so you could call for assistance but No one picked up when I called

A lovely little hostel with good facilities and outdoor style showers. We had a double room - the air con was fantastic but the bed itself was incredibly hard and springy, was tough to sleep on for a few nights! Unfortunately the hostel was pretty much empty when we were there so there was no atmosphere but this seemed to be the case across Kuching due to the public holidays and considerable haze over that time. I would definitely recommend this hostel for value and the lovely staff however :)

There were ants everywhere in the kitchen so had to wash everything before using it and keep food in the fridge. It’s good you can cook there, very useful. Good location and comfy beds.

    Very Good

Great location. Place was totally dead when I went there, barely even staff around - perhaps that's due to the time of year. They also hit me with a 20 MYR tourist tax that wasn't part of the booking price (this was the only place I actually got charged that tax)

Maybe the time of year but only 3 other people staying in hostel so not very social! Breakfast was covered in ants :( Aircon never turned on at the time it said and I had to always ask. The main reason I picked this hostel was because in the description it says they organise tours and activities for you. However, when I asked a staff member she didn’t seem to know anything about this. I later asked another staff member who said it wasn’t his area and to go somewhere else.

I arrived on time after traveling from Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur and on to Kuching! Rang the bell outside for over 2 hours before an exceptionally rude backpacker came downstairs and opened the door but would not let me in saying that he was a guest and not authorized to let people in! I showed him my booking but he still wouldn’t let me in! After about another hour a lady came down and let me in to the building! It is an extremely dirty filthy establishment!!! I waited again!
