Very good hostel. The breakfast was awesome! But if you are looking for a party hostel, that is not for you. Lots of families with children, first time I've seen this in a hostel.

A great place to stay in Sao Paulo! Slept 3 nights in a 8 male bedroom. Wonderful staff, excellent opportunities to interact with other travellers. Delicious breakfast. Located in a safe neighbourhood. The room was a bit crowded though: between the beds there was barely place for two people to pass by. Will return for sure :)

Pros: the staff was very kind and helpful, clean facilities, I felt safe and was comfortable. Cons: there was some mechanical noise outside my room due to some equipment on the roof that made it difficult to sleep and the issue was not able to be resolved. The cleaning staff came into the room and a couple times opened the window and forgot to close it.

The best hostel bed that I've had in Brazil thus far. The cleaners did a fantastic job keeping the place organized and pristine. The atmosphere is virtually non existent. If you need to work, as I did, it was the perfect place for peace and quiet.

Very nice and clean hostel - great practically, but it is not a sociable hostel as people stay at the hostel for work or business. Good cleanliness, but the kitchen is unavailable for use because of the pandemic (despite included in the description).

If you are a foreigner travelling for fun, don't go. The place combines the worst of a hostel and a hotel. The place is dead like a hotel. Most guests are Brazilians travelling for work and there is absolutely no fun there. The rooms are claustrophobic and you have no privacy at all (put curtains over the beds!). The breakfast and the staff at the reception were nice, other staff was rude. I left on the first day and asked for a refund which they refused to give (what is illegal in Brazil).
