Staff was really nice and friendly! Saddest part is that some of the People Who stay there leave it durty. People don't clean their mess after using kitchen and Bathroom. And that's annoying for the ones Who do clean it. For the rest it was a Nice atmosphere and great way to meet People.

The location and the view were amazing....BUT There are homeless living in this hostel and the kitchen was horrendous...the room was cold, I asked for heat to be turned up but they could not. NO lighting outside the hostel, It's close to be GOOOD....just don't allow homeless to live there and share rooms with travelers. clean the kitchen, have mood music in lobby...I LOVED that you recycle and the boxes by elevator for cloths, giveaways. etc,,,

Overall, the hostel is ok. It has a nice view from the rooftop. The kitchen a bit messy but still fine. I stayed in a single private room which was how I expected to be. The hostel itself is a bit far away from city center and up the hill, you can still walk but it's something I wanted to mention. The only things that bothered me was that they had already charged me with the full stay before even gotten there. They took 289 aud from my bank account without permission.

We stayed in a four bed female bedroom and had two grannies joining us in our room. We found it a bit weird that those kinda old people where staying in such a hostel. Other than that there were many school classes and a lot of those young pupils hung out in the entrance hall and in corridors - they had their own little party going there which means it was very loud in the rooms. Pretty annoying! The hostel is huge and as their were many school classes taking over the hostels common area, we found it diffi

Terrible experience both from staff at the reception and communication. I was not informed in any way about the staff moving my rooms and packing my stuff up to be moved. I came from work at 11pm, tired and with heavy bag only to find out that my stuff were moved to another room. furthermore, I was moved to a 6-bedroom room when I booked these 2 nights in 4-bedrooms. The staff at the reception gave little attention as he was talking to another guest when I was there first to be served.

Hello, I’m waiting for an answer since last week I send an email explaining that we never took the reservation because when we try to pay, the payment was declined and on September 4 I saw on my bank account that hostel world charge this reservation when it was already declined.
