Great place to socialise. Located very well with the metro. Staff were super friendly. No lockers in rooms and toilet paper shortage were the only negatives for me.

The hostel is a short walk from the metro so is perfect for getting around the city. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff giving us lots of information about Brussels. The kitchen facilities were great and included a hob and oven and the common room also provided breakfast. The first night the curfew was not strict and the place was noisy until 1am but our second night they wanted complete silence from 10pm including speaking quietly in your own room. The showers were also cold.

Good hostel with great transport links (metro is a stones throw from the entrance), clean rooms, fair prices and a nice bar.

Stayed for just one night but enjoyed my stay, nice large common area and outside areas. Quiet room and allowed us to keep luggage in storage all day even after checking out.

    Very Good

    12 Jul 2019
I was so excited about this hostel having a bar and thought it would be a fun place to hang out in the evenings. Unfortunately, our room was right above the outdoor area and all our nights we were kept up until 3 am from noise from older men yelling and singing when the hostel has quite hours after 10 pm. The location was nice and it was just a short walk down the main road to the city center and the staff was really nice and helpful. The bathrooms and showers aren’t the nicest.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were just okay and my room only had 2 outlets and they were on the opposite side of the room from my bed. No lockers inside room, but I think available to rent in hostel. Bathrooms are shared and outside of rooms. Cleanliness was just okay. Free breakfast, bar, and nice outside area. 30-40 min walk from main attractions and bars/restaurants, but 2 min walk to metro station. Kind of a rough neighborhood. Key entry into building, so pretty safe and secure.

The staff were nice, there’s a free breakfast, and there’s a bar and an outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped which is great. I did, however, think the facilities were a bit poor. The shower wasn’t hot and the button has to be pressed every 15 seconds to turn it on, my bed was springy and uncomfortable, and the the toilets weren’t very clean. The location is good if you want to catch the metro into the city as the station is a couple of minutes away. I prefer to walk so it was far for me.

Decent hostel, but with some negatives. The woman that checked us in was lovely, but the spanish speaking man on the night shift was absolutely horrible. We said hello to our roomies at midnight, he almost knocked the door down and said he would call the Police on us. Showed us a Google translate image, weird dude. Bartender working was drunker than is and it took about 15min to get a beer every time, she was busy doing shots and dancing with her coworker.

It was not very clean. The room was very small and dark. There was no bed light or electric socket next to the second-floor bed. Breakfast was ok - oats, milk, coffee, tea, bread, butter and jam. Location was not very good but it was ok. You should walk for 40minutes to get to the city center but there is metro very close. Comparing to other hostel where I have stayed, I would not recommend you staying there if there is another option to stay.
