Loved this hostel! Great environment and met lots of cool people staying here. The house had a very homey feeling and had everything I needed. It was a short walk from all the restaurants and bars in town. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Much better value than an Airbnb, good location, just a couple blocks from the downtowny area, and good access to roads and parking makes it a great place to stay any time. Their outdoor space looked great for warmer weather too

There's not much competition in bend, so I was just thankful there was a hostel here. Beds desperately need curtains, the pillows are as thin as a blanket, and my experience during check-in with the man who greeted me left much to be desired. Regardless, it's close to the breweries, has some interesting people to meet, and the bathrooms were clean. It's a work in progress and with time this could be a really great place. Saying this having stayed in 40 + Hostels throughout Asia and Mexico.

I gave them a call cause I was comming late since i was off work at 10pm. They were cool about it and stayed open till I got there. Gave me a beer as I checked in and I took a shower and hopped into bed. Very nice home-y feeling hostel and great for the money for a solo traveler.

This place had a very lively & social vibe, even amidst COVID. It helps that they have a large outdoor space, which included: beer trailer, taco trailer, fire pit, projector screen showing movies and video games, stage with a show, and lots of tables. (As winter approaches, this will be trickier to pull off.) Staff was quite friendly and helpful with some recommendations. The location is easily walkable to downtown. A community bulletin board with local recs (trails, etc.) would be a plus.

My friend and I stayed here for one night and had an enjoyable experience. Great breakfast selection, both the rooms and bathrooms were clean - and you get a free beer with check-in! The only downside is that the bathrooms are single-use, and there are only two in the house, and one outside. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hostel is located near the main area of Bend.

I was just passing through for a night and a little cautious due to COVID so I kept my distance from everyone. They were hosting some sort of open mic night which was honestly amazing! A beer truck and a Oaxacan truck are permanent on the premises. The free welcome beer is really nice! This was my second hostel experience in the United States and it was pretty good. I missed being able to connect with fellow travelers at ease and the pricing is def more than what you pay in other countries.

4-female dorm was tiny. Definitely not COVID-safe. One roommate brought in a dude at 1am. The room smelled very bad and carpets were gnar. Had to cancel my second night and find another place to stay.
