    Superb

This has by far got to be one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! The staff go above and beyond to accommodate for you and ensure you know La Paz well. The rooms include plug sockets on the beds and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to La Paz!

Fantastic location with 5min walk from bus station and 10min stroll to main tourist streets. Staff speak excellent English at reception and can answer your questions. Both the 14-bed dorm (road noise) & 8-bed female dorm (corridor noise) are good. Hot showers! Adequate breakfast for price but could minimise stress for staff controlling consumption with prepared trays. Not so great is traveller etiquette - keep your mess in lockers, know how to use a toilet, and eat your fair share of breakfast!

Hot showers! Good location and good WiFi. Staff aren’t very friendly and the main area is freezing cold at all times. Paid to play pool then realised pool cues had no tips. Not bad for La Paz but not the best either.

Good hostel. Staff were friendly. Has a lot more potential as social areas are cool but no staff at bar / facilitating areas. Rooms were good, beds very comfortable, hot showers. Close the everything you’ll need.

Don't arrive before two pm, you will be charged half a night to check in early so after a 12 hour bus and arriving at 5:30am this was not a welcome surprise. If the bed is ready let the people sleep. Other than that breakfast was aight and the location was close to bus station and a little walk to the centre. Building itself was beautiful and beds comfy. Showers were hot and clean ! Was told to go back to the bus station to get a map also and they didn't have any advise on treks...

Plus hot shower with great water pressure. Near bus terminal. Comfortable bed. Cons not sure how often bathroom gets cleans, the entrance foyer isn’t very welcoming. The evening bar or kitchen isn’t always open despite the daily food and drink specials advertised. But it great if passing on to Uyuni

Came in search for a hot shower and one final night in La Paz and was disappointed. The showers are lukewarm at best and filthy. The rooms were nice and spacious. Pretty big bunk beds with spacious lockers. The thing that irked me the most was their STAFF. The night staff was friendly but the morning staff extremely rude. As it was my last day in town,I had a couple questions and each time I went to the desk was made to wait 10- 15 minutes while the staff continued to work on remedial paperwork.

Unorganised mess of a hostel. Small rooms with nowhere to put anything, and they double book rooms. Disgusting bathrooms, toilets always blocked, no paper, hair all over the showers and sinks. Breakfast is a joke, one piece of stale bread, and they let people smoke inside. They don't let you use the kitchen until 4pm and don't let you access your food at any other time, despite not selling food or drinks at the bar most days. One member of staff is nice but the others are incompetent. Avoid.

Hostel is cheap so are the accommodations and the services. Staff do the least possible, bar always closed (never serving any food), hostel is very cold and not very clean. Only good points : position and hot water from the showers.

One good member of staff all the rest are really unhelpful and just have a bad attitude towards customers and work, they act as if you've inconvenienced them when you've asked them a simple question and it often dosnt get resolved. They never have any change in the draw even for a small amount so they end up owing you money which they then deny when you ask for it later. They're really stingy charging a lot for beer, pool and storage. the tours they offer are poor, book in town : ( disappointed
