Loved this hostel! It’s in an absolutely beautiful cliffside location overlooking the beach. Really close walk to the beach, and easily access to the town of Mazunte. They have a restaurant at the hostel which has a lot of options and is reasonably priced. I stayed in a tent which was totally sufficient, and a great value. I met some great people here. No locker space for luggage (only for passports/money), but the hostel seemed very safe and I wasn’t worried. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a little hard to find, we had to ask locals about its whereabouts but somehow nobody knew what we were talking about. The views of the beach are amazing and we would definitely stay with them again.

A bit annoying to walk up that hill or creepy stairs, but it's the best view you'll get in Mazunte! A bit warm at night but I would go back.

    Fabulous

Beautiful place that feels like the top of the world. I had a private space, simple and rustic and elegant with a mosquito net and little table and chair. Double doors opened out to the amazing view, and five feet away were the (steep) stairs that went straight down to the beach. The other option was to walk down the road, 5ish minutes to the awesome bakery and other places. Drinking water available 24-7. Clean bathroom. Fresh made bread was awesome. Faye was a lovely hostess.

Wonderful setting on top of a hill overlooking the ocean, which makes it worth staying in this hostel. Quiet environment. Five minutes from the main road. Basic dorms and facilities. Regretted the lack of lockers in the dorms.

Super beautiful lookout onto Mazunte's coast. The facilities though looked a bit rusty and in need of some remodeling. As others have mentioned, it's a quite a hike up to the location and you'll want to arrive during the day so you're not trekking up at night without any lights. A little more TLC and this place could be off the charts amazing! Staff was a bit disorganized, there was no one there when we arrived and we had to go hunting for someone to check us in.

The location is truly beautiful and if you want to enjoy stunning views you'll like it here, but the place is basically unstaffed and unmanaged. I got bed bugs here, the kitchen is 'commercial' which means you can't cook or make you own coffee, but I didn't see a single paying customer in five days, which makes the whole setup annoying and forces you to use their cafe which isn't as good as those a 5 minute walk away in town. It's 60 pesos cheaper in person, punishes people for booking on here.

It was a strange place... we didn't meet the owners when we arrived but when we came back later in the day they seemed to be drunk and very rude...there is no communal kitchen. Not worth the hike up the hill to be honest.
