I've stayed here more than 12 times. It's very convenient for the metro and bus station and it's everything I could ever want. Highly recommended 👍

Good hostel, wish I’d stayed longer. I got quite late and even though the check in took little bit long I was able to do it. Love this kind of hostel that gives the feeling of being in a familiar environment, less formalities and more closeness.

I am a regular visitor. I came at the end of the week, on a Saturday, to enjoy a good rest on the Sunday morning. For some reason the cleaner came early this morning during the usual breakfast time. It was a cold morning with rain. The doors to all rooms downstairs and to the outside were opened by the same person who also began to clean the kitchen etc while people were getting up and going to have breakfast. Better if the cleaning starts after breakfast time and nearer check-out time.

Very friendly staff, location is ~20 minutes walk from downtown and a 10 minute walk to a great view of two of the best bridges of the city. Vibe is quiet (I stayed on a Sunday), not a lot of common space (only one table and a couple small tables outside) to hang out because of covid. But great experience! Everything was very clean, great value for money. Have to pay extra for towels.

The beds and blankets were full of little insects, it was really disgusting because you couldn’t just clean it, they were a lot!!

It was a decent hostel for the price and most of the staff was great. The Brazilian girl at the front desk had overheard me talking with another customer and I politely tried to engage her in conversation and she said something like "no offense but your extremely privileged and your lucky to have lived with your parents for so long" neither of which was true. She disrespected me as a person, client and my nationality by assuming I am privileged. That behaviour was extremely out of line!

This hostel is not too bad, but not too good either. First of all, breakfast is just bread, butter, coffee and milk. No cheese, no ham, no fruits, no chocolate, no juice ... It's like a cafe in the waiting room. All employees are volunteers who exchange work for a bed and a meal. Therefore, they are not interested in making things as good as possible. The things around you are not creative or original. All things are false without energy. Just set up to make money. I did not feel well.

Staff availability is limited and can only be reached by email all other times. No real atmosphere, but quiet if you like just a place to sleep and shower.

We had BED BUGS in our beds! We noticed it at night so we left the room and slept on the kitchen floor instead. We had to leave early next morning, so we informed the hostel via email with a photo of the bed bugs. They denied the bed bugs and indirectly accused us of lying - despite the photos that proved it! Also, they denied giving us a refund of the money and they said that they saw nobody on the kitchen floor (because they were not there!) Worst customer treatment!! We spent 20€ on laundry!
