Very nice, very accommodating hostel for a good price. The rooms were very comfortable, and the hostel breakfast was great. Our room was a little too warm and we couldn’t change the air conditioning to make it cooler, but we were able to open a window to get a more comfortable night’s sleep.

Great hostel for the value it’s like staying in a nice hotel. Only issue is the location, it’s quite far from the city center.

Padova isnt exactly a busy hub for tourists or backpackers, so you are unlikely to meet people here. 25 minute walk from the biggest square in Europe. Got the job done, the staff were friendly and the price for laundry was a more than fair price.

I stayed for two nights. The hostel is better than the photos, super clean and they also give u things for the shower. The location it is a little bit far from the city center and there is not atmosphere hahaha I was the only one staying there. But I recommend if you want something super clean and calm.

    Very Good

The only problem I've encountered in one of the 4-bed male rooms is that there is only one socket for two beds in the middle. Also bear in mind that in order to reach the hostel at night, it's either a taxi ride or a 30-minute walk IF you know your way.

When we first arrived the lady at reception was very welcoming, and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately however, that is where the positives stop. There are no lockers for your stuff, and after our room was cleaned on the first day my bag had clearly been rummaged through and some expensive items missing. No one else had access to our room so it must have been the staff, but I am yet to receive any compensation. The man at reception showed little concern, making me think this happens a lot.

I arrived to discover that my dorm bed was now a private room, but that, because of the hostel's response to Covid-19, the kitchen was closed; there was no pre-notification of this and the hostel is a long way from the town centre, so there was nowhere to purchase food and drink (there was a coffee machine in the lobby, but I had no cash), The staff were arrogant and surly, treating guests like an inconvenience. I felt unwelcome. Also, a fire door was wedged open by staff all day and night.

I want to fulfill a complaint and I also want my money back. I arrived at 00h30, nothing was ready for my stay. I had to bargain for my room for at least 2h and they finally told me to sleep outside. I only could enter at 7h to brush my teeth and they even found the time to blame me for that situation. Unconscious people with dangerous methods.
