Awesome place to stay. Breakfast, staff, and pool were great. Would definitely stay again! Great location out of the chaos but close to everything

This hostel is really fantastic in all that it does! The staff were so friendly and enthusiastic, the place is beautifully decorated, the room (private) was comfortable, even had a lavender oil diffuser! Really nice place to explore Sapa from. Plus, it's nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the center, so you get some peace and quiet at night. Big shoutout to the girls from reception, they're so sweet and if I ever come back I know where I'll be staying!

If we ever go back to Sa Pa no question about it we’ll be going back to stay at Check in! Our private room was very spacious and had everything you’d need whilst staying there! The place itself is very quirky and full of amazing artwork! The best part of it is the great customer service we received, especially from Huyen and Thao they both went to great lengths to make sure we were happy! Also the view you get from the terrace of the mountains and the fields is mesmerising!

The lady at front desk was lovely and could not have been more helpful if she tried. She helped me book a bus, sorted my laundry and called taxis for me. The room was advertised as a 4 bed dormitory however it is a bunk bed comprised of 2 double beds therefore if you are a solo traveller there is a possibility you could be sharing a bed with a randomer. The room I was in had branches on the bed as part of the decor so there were pieces of bark in the bed. Looked cute but not very practical.

Super chilled hostel with good views. We had such a mare when we thought our motorbike was stolen but the staff here helped out and were able to track it down - only because of them. Our room was upgraded for free too! Only down side is that it’s on steep hill so hard to walk up or down - just rent a motorbike. Good hostel would recommend for a chill atmosphere

lovely hostel, but sadly lack of communication with some of the staff members. also struggled to get hot water in the shower even after turning it on and talking to the staff. quite a convenient location, approx 10 mins walk from the city centre. breakfast wasn’t included unlike the hostel advertised. big up for storing our bags after checking out and going for the trekking tour! such lovely people are working there.

Okay hostel; it looks beautiful. A lot of art and creative details. Staff was pretty unorganized and didn't really know what they were doing, and breakfast is very basic. Not really busy when I was there, so not that social either

I’m surprised this hostel is rated as well as it is. While not rude, the staff was generally confused & unhelpful. We didn’t meet any other guests. The location is surrounded by construction, making it unpleasant to get to (to be fair, that part of Sapa is generally). Breakfast noodles (not free) were instant and the “coffee” was room temp and tasted like it came from a can. Far from bus station & Sapa market.

I wanted to like this place, but my stay here is my worst experience in over 5 months of travel. They only had 1 key for a shared room which they gave to the other girl, leaving me locked out of my room for over 3 hours. They had NO spare key and no other way to get in despite it being a shared room. The staff were not helpful and avoided trying to find a solution. They were supposed to let me know when the other girl arrived, but they didn’t and I found out she had arrived hours before.
