This was the first hostel I stayed in India after a really long and gruelling flight. Despite arriving at 4am - far later than expected, I was greeted with a smile by Rabia. I had a fantastic time during my stay. Rabia and Guru who work there were so friendly, welcoming and informative. I will be sure to stay again before I leave India and look forward to sampling a tour.

Probably one of the hostels in India.. the staffs were great and helpful.. Thanks for the help for my friend’s injured knee and my wound.. The tours offered by the hostel were amazing.. it is more like a friends hangout instead of a formal tour.. with great facilities and clean bedsheets.. and plenty of bathrooms for shower.. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here and come back next time for my future visit :) Thanks city on pedals

I've booked for three nights and ended up staying for two weeks, this is the only place so far that has made me feel like I'm home.. I felt like part of the family especially because of Sam. He made sure I was comfortable and helped me to do some errands. He's a friend now and not just a hostel staff. I've spent my best days yet in India in Amritsar and in this place. The Aunty who cooks for staff was like a mother to me even though we didn't speak each other's languages. Recommend hostel!

Great staff and they offer great tours which is a big bonus !! They will kindly help you for transportation or other problems. The location isn’t in the heart of the city but I found this was not a problem because the only big visit in the center is the Golden Temple which is just a short ride away. Negative : beds not comfortable. All in all, this place is very chill, has the real hostel vibe, is clean, has a kitchen and a rooftop and also good value for your money.

    Very Good

I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff were fun and friendly, buying me food and teaching me so much. But the hostel itself lacked a good common area it had no air con, which in 36° Amritsar heat is pretty unbearable. One thing that really upset me was the cost of their tours - I was quoted some prices that were outrageous: 1800 for a trip to the border ceremony, and 800 for a heritage tour that was just a walk around backstreets Amritsar. Also the quoted prices didn't include tax.

    Very Good

Staff were very good to me when I was sick. Staff very helpful with booking onward transport. Excellent tours run from the hostel. Facilities need work, management planning to make improvements (kitchen-kettle leaks a lot, no bowls/knives/fridge), dorm very cold from draught (extra blankets were provided on request)

Hostel is maintained by young people. There attitude is very good towards guest. There is only issue is that it is far from Golden Temple.

Location was pretty far away from everything, we were advised it was a 10 minute walk to the golden temple but was more like 40 minutes, no restaurants around the area, no tuk tuk / Uber / Ola drivers seemed to know where the area was. The mattresses on the beds were terrible felt like you were sleeping on the ground. Cleanliness was okay, only one bathroom for many people and no toilet paper was ever supplied. Staff were really nice however a little misleading on the area.
