Colibri Camping and Eco Lodge is located on a beautiful mountain-side, with undoubtedly some of the best views in La Paz. There is a large grassy area for tents, a cute little A-frame cabin with a private bathroom, two tepees and a "Valley of the Flowers" Lodge.

At a lower altitude and enjoying a warmer climate than La Paz, we are situated in the village of Jupapina in the Valley of Flowers, 30 minutes from La Paz and 5 minutes from the town of Mallasa.

At Colibri Camping and Eco Lodge you can either pitch your own tent or rent one of ours and wake up every morning with a stunning mountain view. This is an amazing place to relax, hike and to have a bonfire! My friends and I stayed here for a few days and enjoyed everything: the tipis are really comfy, the bathroom is amazing (clean, hot water, stylish), the kitchen is fully equipped and it is the perfect place to sit together at night. The staff also helped us organise a trip to "Muela del diabolo", which offers an amazing view on La Paz! I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy some relaxing time outside of La Paz!

Wonderful staff that will bend over backwards to make you comfortable. Amazing location with incredible views. Not far from the main street where you can buy everything you need to make a meal in their kitchen that has the most powerful gas top I think I've ever seen! All in all a great place to get away from the craziness of la paz for a day, a week or a month!

This campsite/hostel is absolutely beautiful. A little out of the way but totally worth it for the views and the seclusion! It is about 30 minutes outside la Paz and it on the side of a cliff overlooking mountains. The beds were so cosy and the showers were amazing. Good kitchen facilities and we paid for breakfast one day which was also great. The staff are sweet and helpful and will organise lots of things if you so wish. Definitely recommend if you want a few days away from normal hostels.
