Can't have enough good things to say about the place. Initally booked two nights but extended another two. Ideally located, staff were excellent and the common area meant it was easy to meet people

The hostel is great. The decor is cute and I like that there are curtains surrounding each bed. The bed was extremely hard and it was difficult for me to sleep in it. I was in an upper bunk and the steps up are far apart and there is no bar to grab onto along the steps. It was challenging for me to do the climb

Had a great stay at Counting Sheeps at CNX. My bro and I booked the family room (2 queen sized beds) for 2 nights initially and ended up extending for another 2. The owner is a great guy — very helpful, accommodating and chill. The whole place is really chill in fact. The front of the hostel is a common area, perfect for meeting and chatting to other travellers over a couple of Changs. There's also a great restaurant next door that does awesome food.

Great spot with awesome staff. The owner is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met. Very chilled out vibe with great lounging areas. Right in the center if everything and you can find whatever you need within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Nice and cozy beds. Free breakfast and coffee every morning. Good recommendations from the staff and a very helpful staff there. Loved my two nights stay here. Lacks a social atmosphere but everything else is great here. Wanted to wind up and relax after a couple of days of travel and this did the trick.

Great little chilled hostel tucked away on a side street in a well located area close to lots of cafes (recommend ChiangMaiCoffeeBean), the Wat Chedi Luang Temple and the east (Tha Pae) gate. Staff are really helpful, good vibe and clean/quiet Would definitely return 😁

    Very Good

    28 Dec 2019
Super basic no frills hostel. Breakfast = slice of bread, fruit piece, instant coffee. Private room is a double bed and a single bad all together in a windowless room. We did have a good time on our stay but we’re looking forward something a little more airy. Really quiet at night on a quiet street in the old city center. If you stay in chiang Mai do yourself and leave the old city walls, chiang Mai is huge and has a lot more to offer than the endless night markets.
