Probably the best public housing I've ever stayed in. No confusion, no hiccups. Staff was very welcoming and provides everything you need. Worth every penny, which was heightened by its affordability. Tad bit outside where I wanted to be, but there is a public transit stop right next to the hotel, and the walk to get there is nice (about 2 km from the city center). The Czech Inn really made my time in Prague enjoyable.

A great spot to stay and explore the city. Close to convenient tram & train stops. Rooms are spacious- each bed has a privacy curtain, small cupboard for small person items & charging point plus a larger locker.

Great hostel! The dorm beds are comfy, the rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean, spacious under-bed lockers, and the kitchen has all you need. We extended our stay because we felt comfortable and the location is walking distance to all (the tram stop is right across the street too). It’s a big hostel, so there’s lots of people and a less personal feel, but the staff are kind! Would recommend and will return!

This was a great value and the distance to town was grand if you are in for a bit of walking or get an easy tram ride with stop right outside hotel. Excellent wine bars with delicious small plate food and takeaway right outside. The rooms are totally updated but the stairwells etc seem historic and so lovely !! Beats staying at a Marriott /Hilton any day. Staff quite friendly and accommodating. Helped his email with directions to hotel and set up ride to airport on request ! Cheers !!

I had a great stay here! The breakfast was great! (150 czk), rooms were good, staff were great, no complaints. The "atmosphere" felt a little cold in terms of the hallways and rooms being kind of just like concrete and not super homely, but that's just a cosmetic thing and absolutely wouldn't deter me from coming back again! Everything else was amazing!

It is a good place to stay. Maybe some of the events are good and some not so much. Overall, decent if you just need a place to crash for a day or two.

    Very Good

    21 Sep 2022
Our stay at Czech Inn was fine. It had good facilities and good location. Only a tram ride into town. However, it didn't seem to have much of an atmosphere and the room layout of our 6/7 was very strange with what seemed like an extra bed squeezed in the middle of the room. The cages to hold all of the laundry seemed to live in the hallway as well which is a little odd. Overall, it's a cheap stay in a great city, but not the best for the atmosphere.
