Great location, super friendly staff, very clean room. There is a little common room with books as well as a kitchen and some tables to eat at. The only downside is that there is only one shower for about 15 people - I was lucky that it was available when I needed it but I imagine that it's a problem at busy times. But overall I would definitely stay again, it had a nice atmosphere.

Massimo is a very funny, nice and welcoming host. The accommodations were safe, clean and very basic. Great location close to Il Duomo and Il Mercato Centrale. However, all guests share one shower, you will be greeted by church bells at 7am every morning (albeit the prettiest bells I’ve ever heard), and the lack of A/C during summer can be uncomfortable. In general, the accommodation is old, bare bones, yet clean. The great customer service was enough for us to overlook its quirks.

Great location and owners are kind/helpful. Their assistant is also friendly, but closes the kitchen while cooking, comes into the bedrooms to use the bathroom, and appears to sleep in the common room area at night. All of these things made me a little uncomfortable, as I expected slightly better access/privacy to common facilities. The bathroom water "pressure" is almost non-existent, & the whole fan setup is inadequate to cool rooms at night (luckily the windows are screened, at least!).

Great staff, great location. However we stayed in the 4 bed room which had a fan that seemed like it could fall off the ceiling at any point, and left the room still feeling like Mordor. At 5ft 2 I couldn't sit up right on the bottom bunk and anytime the person moved the tiniest bit, it felt like the bunk could collapse at any point. 3 big rooms share 1 toilet room, and a bathroom. This hostel could be amazing if it was given a serious upgrade of the beds, walls and flooring in the corridor.

no place to lock one's luggage absolutely great location..near everything small hostel site photos show a room that is basically occupied by what seems to be a live in staff member.....who also uses the small kitchen...so not sure is an accurate display of what you actually use as the hostel

Kind of a unique hostel. Felt more like an Airbnb room than a hostel room. Downsides are there are no lockers in the room and there is only one shared shower, but the hostel is small overall so it wasn't a major issue. Great location and kind staff.
