Although I just stayed one night, I could say the place is very nice and I highly recommend it. The room and bathroom were tidy and clean, besides during the morning you can have a vast breakfast for 5eur. The staff is kind and friendly, also they have locker's service for free 😊

Staff were lovely and helpful, the bathroom was really clean and the common/ kitchen area has everything you needed. My only problem was that the charging points in the room were in awkward spots for people staying on the top bunks.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed in a double room so can’t comment on the dorm experience. They also have a free locked storage room and provide an electronic card/key to access it when you leave. It was a little hot in the room but a fan is provided and both windows open quite wide. Decent location as it’s only four stops to the city centre. There’s also a LIDL pretty much opposite the hostel entrance. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Vienna was okay. The rooms are not huge but manageable. The bed was so squeaky and seemed very old. The pillows were also very lumpy so we used a duvet as a pillow. Security was good with key card entry and the bathrooms & kitchen were cleaned regularly. Also to note the hostel is two seperate buildings, the main check in one about 200m away from where you actually stay which wasn’t clear and a bit of a surprise to us.

Pretty convenient Hostel, but the room was super hot and just one window. So no A/C, but also no Wind. Bathroom was a bit smelly, so the floor as well.

Decent hostel. Ok bedrooms and beds. Small locker for your luggage. About 3km from city center. Friendly staff. There's a kitchen which is free to use. The atmosphere could have been better. Not the beat hostel, but all in all fare price for the stay.

    Very Good

The hostel was quite good. It was good value for money however it was quite loud when trying to sleep due to the common areas. The dorms felt quite cramped however they had a good bathroom and shower facilities. The hostel is well located near to Westbahnhof central train station which is a 5 mins walk away.

The staff is not helpful, they are doing everything else and talking to each other rather than help you. The hostel is in an another building, not a problem, but we were put in the basement.. not a really pleasant experience. Not central. We booked this only because we were a little late and everything else were full or overpriced. We don’t recommend to stay at this hostel.

Not good. We paid for a private room only to find out that our room still shared the public bathroom facilities, which happened to be on a hall with a huge group of Australian partiers. People were using the bathrooms with the doors open, yelling all night long, etc. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable and the room had no windows.
