Clean and excellent price to stay near UCLA. Staff was nice and accommodating. Private room is way cheaper than any hotels around.

Great spot! A little far from everything in LA but still a good place to stay!

    Fabulous

Overall, this space was really good. The location in Westwood was excellent-- walking distance to UCLA and Westwood Village. The parking lot was oddly laid out. There was much more space for vehicles, but they had it blocked off for some reason-- seems like a missed opportunity as parking around the location is VERY challenging because it requires permits, etc. The facilities were very good, but bc of the cement or tile floors throughout, noise did carry. I slept well, though, without earplugs.

    Fabulous

Had a weeklong stay. It was affordable and comfortable. The staff was friendly and outgoing. They do seem to be struggling to keep up a consistent on boarding process for guests and the whole things feels very “by-the-seat-of-their-pants” organized. It was jarring but I liked that freeform aspect. The long term guests weren’t very friendly to newcomers and there wasn’t a lot going on, but overall it was a friendly environment that was clean with nice showers, restrooms, work area, and kitchen.

"Convenience" is hard to rate in LA, where being close to some attractions means being a long long way away from other attractions! But in my case, Westwood was where I needed to be.

I had a very negative experience with 'bedbugs' that I think the staff were slow to address appropriately. I was bitten several times on my face and body. A roommate had been bitten the week before.

Do not come here if you travel for work! Sleeping is next to impossible because of the noise. There quiet hours between 10pm and 10am, but they are not strictly enforced and the walls and doors are so thin you can hear everything that is going on in the kitchen and bathrooms next door. Getting connected to the wifi was a daily nightmare and staff were less than helpful or downright rude. Facilities were mostly clean, but not well equipped for cold weather (I came in March and was freezing).

The staff is terribly rude, specially the guy that works the night shift. There is absolute no respect for private property. They packed and moved guests belongings without consent to re-arrange people in the dorms. There are no locks on the doors, a girl walked in my room and sat on my bed int he middle of the night because "it was her bed"; the staff moved her to another room and packed all her stuff without any notice. The bathrooms could definitely be cleaner.

Staff were lovely, and that's about all I can say. Generally unpleasant vibe, it was very difficult to sleep with the noise even with ear plugs, and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper and dirty. Clearly some of the people staying there are living there full-time, and there was so much stuff in the room I felt like I was in someone else's bedroom.
