Fabulous one night stay with my dog Fred. Just had to book a private room and let the hostel know in advance that I had bringing him and James made us feel very welcome. Great location, good facilities and super clean everywhere. Would recommend anyone to stay here

Great location with lovely views. Good clean cosy rooms with fresh bedding. Nice big kitchen and dinning room/couches for relaxing. Only downside is only 1 female shower in the block which meant there was some queuing in the morning but other than that I couldn’t fault it. Was just what I needed after driving up north. Good value for money.

Great location for a stay and lovely staff and friendly guests. You can get dinner or breakfast for little money. Nothing to complain except probably a bit pricy for a big dorm. However, I was told they are planning to rebuild the hostel which might improve the cost-benefir ratio.

A good, clean, comfortable hostel. The staff (one man) was welcoming and friendly. The facilities are more than adequate with limited food and drink available to buy which is really useful.

A great little Hostel perfect for exploring Smoo cave. Nice cosy living room with really good kitchen facilities. The only thing that let it down for me was the staffing. There was one guy working and he actually told me he didn’t want to be there and the only reason he was, was due to him covering for someone else. Not really the kind of thing you tell your guests.

Great location for Smoo Cave, only stayed one night and so I couldn't comment on too much more. But it was very handy as a stop over during my road trip.
