Really great place to stay! The pods give you the comfort of privacy at night, making for one of the best nights of sleep I got while backpacking in Israel! Location is absolutely perfect, the staff give great recommendations, and there's a nice spread for breakfast.

The hostel is tiny but very nice and clean. Pods are comfortable and you can sleep well even during summer and super loud end-of-ramadan celebrations. The rooftop in amazing, with a great view. Overall a good experience, breakfast is included and staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I noticed is that the dorm appearently was left open all night and there was no need to type the door code to enter, also would be nice if the pods lockers could be closed from the inside I guess?

Overall a decent place. It’s a little cramped and doesn’t really have an indoor common room, but the terrace is nice. It’s not overly clean and looks a bit old but the pods for the beds do help. There’s a tiny breakfast with some fresh vegetables and both the old city and train station is within walking distance. Staff was lovely and WiFi was bad.

I didn’t realize that what I rented was not a bunk but a mattress on the floor and that these are in a loft area of an already very crowded dorm room. They allowed me to switch to a bunk sinceI agreed to pay the difference and there was a bunk open. The 1100pm maximum check in time also became an issue for me as I was trying to reach Akko from Jerusalem on Saturday (Shabbat). The breakfast is nice as are the privacy bunk. But mine was a bit hot.

Thin mattress on the floor is hard to call value for money at £17 per night.

We had a reservation to stay in the hostel for two nights. When we settled into the beds, we discovered that they were full of BED BUGS. There was no available staff around to help us and we moved to a nearby hotel. The next day we came back to make a complaint to the management. They were sorry, and promised to return the money. But still after more than a month later NO REFUND.
