Great location and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness is the only thing that could use improvement. Bathrooms were fairly mold covered and while sheets were nice and clean, pillow cases were covered in greasiness. We brought our own pillows, so it wasn't a problem for us. Room smelt like stale smoke but cleared when window was open. I did really love how much energy conservation they incorporate into the hostel facilities.

    Fabulous

Pros : Pretty well located, big common area with good music and a nice atmosphere to meet everyone in the hostel. Cons : Same areas of the hostel need a repaint(common area toilets need a repaint, some ceilings). Bonus : Alex gives the best tips about everything(food, clubs and bars, activities) to do in the city.

    Fabulous

Great staff!!! Sheets were slightly stained but smelled clean. Only reason I marked security down was the lockers... some were bent and clearly had been broken into. Other than that, great place! A bit more expensive than comparable hostels I’ve stayed at but the location just about makes up for that. Love the vibe!!! Pool table is a definite plus and the Wi-Fi worked great for the most part.

The staff were wonderful. Such lovely people. Couldn’t get better location. Negative was not amazing atmosphere for solo travellers as people kept to themselves

Pros: Great location, plenty of bathrooms, nice rooftop (although no one seems to go up there). Potential for meeting people in common area (but setup isn't ideal or that comfortable). Free coffee all day! Cons (stayed in dorms): Excessively squeaky bunk beds, small/loud lockers, not many power outlets, felt like people were living here, not very clean, bathrooms often out of soap and toilet paper, ceiling fan was blowing air up not down...

Location and staff were great, walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. My ensuite had a broken toilet seat, not long after checking in I made the staff aware and I was asked to used a toilet outside my room. In comparison to hotels in Buenos Aires I found this hostel quite expensive. I stayed in a private room and the cost was on par with 4 star hotels.

The location was nice and they have good, helpful staff. But the private 4 person dorm didn't have keys or lockers. The staff was very kind and offered me lockers or below the front desk to put my things which was great but it would be nice to have lockers inside the room. Also "free breakfast" only being coffee, tea, juice and water was pretty sad. Bread at least? Just would have liked a nicer breakfast for the money I was paying. Overall nice experience but could have been better.

LOCATION: Situated in the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, subway system, stores, fitness gyms, etc. I couldn't ask for more. HOSTEL: It's an old building. But you are guaranteed with a relaxing and good quality sleep. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is well maintained. There are few separate toilets. I was just a bit disappointed with what they promised on their page. Towels and breakfast were claimed to be inclusive but, theyre not. STAFF:

After staying at dozens of hostels throughout Latin America, this was by far the worst. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, and seem to be annoyed when you ask basic questions. Breakfast is just coffee and they charge a lot for towels. They provide one key for the entire room which creates issues all the time. The bathrooms are filthy and I developed a rash after sleeping there. Location is the only positive, but with Buenos Aires public transport, I would suggest staying anywhere else.
