Eco Hostel Floreale was a kindergarten that we cleverly transformed into a hostel, or rather an EcoHostel. We do our best to separate waste, to have as little impact as possible on the environment and our ecosystem. Here you will not find plastic plates or glasses, nor water in plastic bottles.
Eco Hostel Floreale is located in Ercolano, a strategic point for many places of attraction. A stone's throw away are the excavations of Herculaneum and numerous Vesuvian villas dating back to 1700; a few kilometers away it is possible to visit the Pietrarsa museum where the first Italian railway line was built; with the train, which is only 1 km away, it is possible to reach Pompeii, Sorrento, the Amalfi coast.
The hostel:
On the ground floor, we have a patio with three large tables where you can eat together with all the other guests, a kitchen equipped with refrigerators at your disposal, and everything you need to prepare your meals. We have a comfortable relaxation room where you can find a ping pong table and table football. Finally, the bar where you can drink excellent local, international, and craft beers in company.
On the first floor, there are two dormitories with eight beds each and shared bathrooms; two private rooms, and a family room for eight with a private bathroom.
On the second floor, we have two more eight-person dormitories with shared bathrooms.
Finally, on the top floor, the super panoramic terrace where you can admire the wonderful colors of the sunset.
Our hostel is pet friendly: cats and dogs live here, so it is not recommended for those with allergies.

Check-in: from 14:00 to 00:00. Reception closes at 00:00.
Check out: by 10.00 a.m
Reception working hours: from 8.00 am to 00:00
City tax: €0.50 per person per night: it is possible to pay in cash or by card
Deposit for the key: €10, cash only, which will be returned at check out
No curfew.
