Loved my stay here!! The vibe was homely and interesting. Rooms were fine with a locker for each bed for a daypack. Warm blankets. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable unfortunately. Kitchen was very well equipped aside from only having a couple of bowls (I didn’t find it an issue). Great space for everyone to hang out at night and cook. Cool communal spaces with lots of different areas to hang out. Staff were lovely and always helpful. Location was great, 30 mins walk max to main attractions!

My stay here was incredible, an amazing place to relax after exploring the city. All the facilities were great, the bikes available to rent are perfect for getting around and the kitchen has everything you need. The hostel is quite central and within walking distance of everything you’ll want to see in Amsterdam. The staff, including Ina, Heidi, Elliot, Johnny, Elias, and Dave are wonderful. They are always happy to go out of their way to give a helping hand ☺️

This is my go to place while in DAM. Amazing chilled out environment where you can hang out, socialise and have fun with people from around the world. Their 'Tepee' is the best attraction which is very cosy and has a projector to watch movies. It does get packed fast though. This is a hostel so it has the 'do it yourself' concept which many people like as it has gotten to be a norm nowadays. This place is a must stay if you're a free spirit whose just there for a few days.

Bit dead in terms of atmosphere. Showers were really bad we thought, water was cold and got to lukewarm at best. Location is super central. Be aware there's an additional 7% city charge not included in the place displayed by website.

I think this is a really nice hostel, well located and with comfy beds. The unfortunate part is that there is not a hostel vibe, and it appears the staff, who were friendly, did not put the effort to organize activites for the people staying. There is a board listing activities but they are all from outside companies/tours. It is a shame because I feel that if they improve on the environment with maybe a dinner night every other day or hostel organized pub crawl, this hostel could be the best.
