This was one of the best hostels we stayed at while in Peru. The individuals who work at the hostel make this stay all the worthwhile. They helped us with taxis, laundry and answered any questions we had. We ended up extending our stay two more night because we loved it so much which we ended up messing up our booking dates but Carlos found us a room and was so understanding and caring. Would highly recommend this quiet, quaint hostel.

We loved our stay at El Labrador- fantastic staff, great breakfast, comfy beds and quiet location! Would completely recommend before/after a trek as it is a great place to relax and catch up on sleep. It’s also in a perfect location to get to the main square. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this gem of a hotel! It's not really a hostel more like a small hotel, but just lovely. It's not fancy but has a wonderful energy. My room was all wood and spacious and clean, windows overlooking the city, you felt the heights of Cusco. Very kind staff who helped me with everything. Nice breakfast and amenities. Right down the alleyway is a little organic store and yoga studio with gemstones, a short walk to the center of the city... in short I loved my stay here!

Such a cool little spot to stay in Cusco, very close to the main plaza, restaurants, markets, bars. The area is cool, chilled not loud at all and the hostel the same. The staff really made it for us, staff helped with tours and went the extra mile in every single way :) breakfast was yum and had unlimited tea/coffee which was a touch. Rooms are lovely, hot water, fresh linen and towels, hot water and v clean overall. We actually booked an extra two nights as it was a great place to stay :))

Loved our stay at El Labrador. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We left our bags in our room when we done the Salkantay Trek. We were able to print our bus tickets at the reception. Good breakfast, amazing big rooms with bathrooms, good WiFi, good location, very friendly staff. We ended up staying much longer than originally planned! Thank you :)

I would give this hostel a 10 based on staff alone. Stella went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hostel is very close to the main square, breakfast was amazing (best scrambled egg in South America) , clean and spacious rooms and a nice hot shower. They also allowed us to store our baggage in the hostel while we did a 4 day Maccu Picchu tour at no charge. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, hot showers, kind staff, and quiet. Not a party hostel. Great place for a night after a trek for some good sleep.

We booked this place last minute and it did not disappoint. Really great views from a shared patio off our room and made to order eggs for breakfast. The house is really old so be prepared for steep stairs and creaky floors— but absolutely worth it for the charm factor!

Great location just a 5 minute walk to the main square. Staff are super friendly and smiley. Our double bed was quiet small but there are room with huge beds in so maybe try request those rooms if you can. Good breakfast and starts at 5.30 so good if you are going on any treks. Look after your bags while your on treks!

I was underwhelmed by this hostel. It has a pretty high rating on hostel world, most likely because there aren't as many reviews. The rooms are pretty basic, showers went cold, and 3 of us had the room next to reception so we could hear people ringing the doorbell and calling. The staff was very friendly and nice, only spoke Spanish and a little english (which wasn't a problem for us). Free breakfast in the morning is one scrambled egg, bread with Jam, Coca tea and coffee. same as most hostels
