Most comfy bunk I’ve ever slept in at a hostel. Beautiful building and decor. Custom built steel frame bunks with curtains and usb charging ports. Really well done design-wise. The staff were awesome. There’s a jacuzzi. This place is top notch.

This is my second time staying at Ember, first for a week and now for 2-days. It is one of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed at, & I have stayed at hostels all over the world! The curtains around each bed make your area private, blocks light, & noise. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, & fun, but still make people follow the rules. The place is a perfect setup where guests can party on the front porch or out back by the hot tub, but it’s still quiet in the rooms. Convenient to downtown!

By far the fanciest hostel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed in DC, LA, and NYC. It is pricey but so comfortable and nice.

A fantastic stay in an amazing hostel. Even shared dorm style rooms were very private! People were social and the place prides itself on being 420 friendly (though I don't partake myself). A very pretty place, kind staff, exceptional frills and comfy beds. Would absolutely go again! Only wish I could have stayed longer. On the pricier side for a hostel but worth every premium penny.

Impossible to say anything bad about this hostel. Coming from Europe, it seemed a little pricey for me, but it justifies the price with everything it offers. Nice, clean facilities, great location, variety of social activities and great atmosphere are all guaranteed here. Oh, and employees are amazing. Always willing to help and hang out.

Bags aren't allowed on the beds so Ember needs to put in proper lockers in the rooms instead of guests storing bags beneath the lower bunks; also, need to install a proper grip/handhold to safely climb to the top bunk. I liked that the showers were in individual enclosed rooms for privacy; the rain showers were pretty but I prefer stronger pressure. The beds' privacy curtains were nice but they did block a lot of the aircon's coolness; also, very few tables where one can eat one's takeaway.
