Such a cute location and a beautiful hostel. A bit confusing to find but once I was there it was hard to lose. And the experience is very personal with Gabriel the hotel manager remembering everyone by name and helping them navigate the city.

I really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was awesome, the receptionists were super nice people, you could see that they truly enjoy their job. The guy made coffee and fruit salad for us for breakfast, and they helped us with every question we had. Also the room was very spacious, instead of bunk beds we had single beds. There is a small terrace which had a calming atmosphere. It's location is also perfect, you can reach it on foot from anywhere in the city center.

Top hostel with a great manager! Gabriel (the manager) made us feel very welcome and was a lot of help with regard to where to go and what to see! Great free breakfast every morning and plenty to choose from! Laundry service was cheap and efficient! Came back from a day out to find all my washed clothes folded on the bed! Would 100% recommend and return!

The WIFI works. The hostel is clean enough. There was a locker in the room I could use. The hostel is in a FANTASTIC location. One bathroom per floor but everyone sleeps in late so just get up earlish to start your day and its not a problem. I would recommend for a few days as its so central to see the city from.

It is located right in the center of Florence, about half a mile to the central train station and the same distance to the Duomo. It has a perfect location and a great staff. Gabriele, the guy in charge, will tell you everything you need to know about what to do in Florence. The social room is outdoors, so you can smoke and talk with your friends in two big tables in the hostel, which is also where the free breakfast is served. The wifi signal is really weak... that’s the only downside.

First time traveler to Italy here. I was terrified of staying in a hostel almost alone (I’m 22 years old, female, and don’t speak Italian) but Gabrielle, the manager, made it feel like home. He was there to greet me when I arrived, give me instructions about the place, and was available for questions. The location is pretty ok— safe & 7-8 minutes from both the Cathedral and the train station. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms, and a quiet atmosphere. I loved staying here and can’t wait to come back.

Very friendly staff, spectacularly clean, reasonable breakfast and a great AC! My only issues were: Laundry service could be cheaper, but there is a laundry shop (literally) around the corner that is cheaper. The midday curfew is bothersome, especially if you need a rest after a long journey or travel. Enjoyed my stay overall :)

This hostel was in a great location and had a great atmosphere to meet the people at the hostel. This place has really comfy beds, good ac and a great vibe. I met awesome people in the 4 nights I was staying here and had a lot of fun, it’s a great place to meet people if you’re a solo traveler. Everything was decent and clean too which was cool.

    Very Good

    01 Jul 2019
Good location and nice staff but it felt more like a boarding school than a hostel. In the middle of the day they turn all of the lights off and lock the bathroom doors so no one can get in. We just wanted to stop by to drop things off and it felt very unwelcome and strange. The kitchen is also locked until 8am, which is not nearly early enough for people trying to fit in full travel days.
