General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Free Cancellation
Property Description
In the morning we serve a simple a la carte breakfast EUR.3,- to EUR.6, served from 8am to 11am. We also have a vending machine for hot and cold drinks.
The lounge is open during reception hours (8am-11pm). Here you can spend your afternoon writing postcards, meeting other travelers, watching TV or using our free Wi-Fi.
We have one-, two-, three-, four-, five-, six- and 10-bed rooms, divided across 4 floors (no lift). Most of the rooms have private facilities; the shared rooms have facilities in the corridor.
All dorm rooms are mix gender and have age of limit 40 year

Non refundable rate reservation, we will charge the given credit card the full amount when the reservation made minus the commission paid to HostelWorld plus city tax.
Cancelation or changes before or after arrival and no show will result in a 100% charge of the total cost
Standard rate reservation, we will authorize the given credit card the full amount when the reservation made minus the commission paid to HostelWorld.
Authorization means that we ask the credit card company to block an amount on your credit card (normally equal to the cancellation fee).
This amount is normally valid for few weeks, thereafter it is automatically released back into your account (depending on the credit card company and the country), at arrival you can use this authorization as part of the payment.
The credit card used for the reservation and the card holder must be present at arrival, if not we may cancel the credit card charge and you need to pay in cash or other present card.
We may require security deposit during the stay €.50,- to €.100,- We have no control over the release process. .
Please make sure your credit card have enough found to cover the full reservation cost or the authorization. If we don't manage to charge or authorize the credit card, the reservation may be cancelled

Being outside of the wildness that can be Amsterdam's city center, Euphemia Hostel is a great alternative to spend the holidays amongst tranquility. The lounge closes at 11 PM: we thought this would be a bummer in the beginning, but after a long day of walking around, we felt grateful that we could have a great sleep. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, they gave us plates and utensils whenever we needed them. Also, there's a supermarket on the other side of the road. -

The lady who owns this hostel/hotel is the nicest most loveliest lady ever, really gives the place a good atmosphere. really good location as well as you can easily walk to the city centre. although doesn't look like the typical youth hostel I would still recommend this place -

I loved the location of the hostel but besides that everything else was not as per expectations. The staff was rude, specially the guy taking care of checkout. This is an old facility so keep your expectations limited accordingly. There was 1 washroom in the 10 people room.

For Non Refundable reservations - All credit card will be charge for the full amount prior to arrival date.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if we do not get authorization on the given credit card.
If the name on the reservation does not match the name of the credit card holder we require a scanned copy of the passport of the given credit card holder.
Reservations for longer than 7 nights will be charged 100% in advance.
We do not accept guests above 40 years in the shared dorms
City tax of 6% is NOT included in our rates and shall be added to the room price upon arrival.
Guests are required to pay on arrival with cash, credit or debit card.
There is a 5% surcharge if paying with a credit/debit card. This is a non-
Smoking premises. Smoking in the hotel will result in a 100 Euro fine.
