Great location close to town, clean comfy beds, tea coffee facilities and food available included, quiet no trouble, showers were a bit small but worked fine hot and decent pressure. If your looking for low budget digs close to city centre can’t go wrong, recommended.

    Very Good

This hostel is away from the city centre, 1.3 miles or 20-25 mins walk. I was given a bed in a 6 bed dorm which was comfortable but small in size, it was only me and my friend in there hence it was okay else it could have been claustrophobic. They have another 12 bed dorm where they keep there breakfast. Breakfast is as good as in any other UK hostel (bread, fruits, milk, etc). The most awful was the location of this hostel, "Fenham" is not a place you would like to stay.

Lovely bathrooms and the bedrooms are suitable for a quick stop over. We didn't see a single member of staff the entire time we were there and there was no 'free breakfast' to be found. Everything was handled by text, no idea who it was texting, they never introduced themselves. The wifi was OK, cut out a bit the further up the top of the building you got!

Not the best experience in a hostel but not the worst. Crazy codes for each door , small rooms for bunnk beds of 3 , clean bathroom but absolutely 0 place to put your stuff and no lockers. The distance from city center or any metro station doesn't help.

Rats, overflowing bin, was housed with a guy who was clearly sick beyond belief, when I asked to change rooms so as not to catch whatever he had I was told "No, he's just hungover" yeah righto. In the middle of nowhere, had about as much atmosphere and facilities as Pluto.

Dirty sheets that obviously had not been changed ahead of our stay, blood on the toilet seat, smashed glass on entrance into the property, fight between the landlord and a guest in the doorway, party in one of the rooms which the LANDLORD was attending and playing all the load music, drinking and smoking in the room, had to get taxis to town as was the walk was longer than advertised, double room has a sky light with no curtain so had to make our own curtain. An all round terrible stay.

Since there was no communal area or lounge, basically everyone eats in their room, making the room really smelly. The bed wasn't clean as there are spots on the bedsheets which are very disgusting Instead of double bunkbeds they have triple bunkbeds which makes space very limited. Always bumped head. The location just wasn't great either. You walk 25+ to the city centre. Atmosphere not good. There was a really strange guy in my room and he was vomiting all night long.
