Stay was average. Pros: Beds were comfortable Fridge in room was great for storing beers Staff were really friendly and helpful Shop for alcohol literally 5 metres away Free parking along street & basically every street around hostel Cons: Door to our room never properly shut so anyone could walk in Shortage of hand soap and toilet paper every day Reception closes at 7pm, not great if you're in traffic Quite a walk away from the centre, but good taxi service was recommended by staff

Worst hostel I've ever been. Fridge inside the room making noise all night. Kitchen inside the room making it smelly. No facilities to cook apart from a microwave. No cutlery or dishes to go into the microwave. No sink to wash the dishes. Breakfast: expired cookies. No staff at the hostel apart from weekend, only coming to assist on call. Some bathrooms not clean.

Hostel was cheap and a good location, but both toilets were not lockable, doors were hanging off hinges/wouldn't close. Room was very smelly, thought it might have been the general guests (staying in a large shared room) but on closer inspection it was the bedding also. Hostel smelt of smoke. Didn't feel comfortable staying here, went somewhere else

3 days before arriving to the Hostel I received an email saying that it was a cashless hotel. It repeated several times that I need to pay by card. I arrive to the hotel which was in a very dodgy and horrible area of the city and the manager at reception tells me they only accept CASH!. The rooms were untidy and there wasnt any air ventilation, and the beds were very uncomfortable. All the hostel seemed badly kept. At 8am I tried to let the guy at reception I was leaving but he was sleeping.

There was no one there upon arrival at the check-in time and the phone number provided, both on the website and the one stuck to the door of the hostel, didn't work. When I returned later to sleep, there was still no one to answer the door. A resident later came and called the owner who couldn't be bothered to come and check me in but I was let in at least. My bed was not made, with no sheets, the toilet door did not shut, and the other tenants kept me up all night so I left.

I had a terrible experience in this hostel. The cleanliness is nonexistent and we don’t feel safe (non lockers, even the room door can’t be closed). The breakfast is actually a few items left on the room (the bread was in a advanced stage of mold and the fridge for cold items was unplugged). In addition, the manager wake us up in the night to pay for the stay. At this moment, I asked him for the bread and he told me that no one from the staff came in the room for weeks. Bad experience!
