Jared was amazing and so friendly from the check-in until the check-out. He was so accommodating and offered to house my luggage for me in a secure closet because it was too big for my locker. He also jeof it for me after check-out so that I didn't have to lug it around before my flight. The facility was clean and cozy. I felt safe. The hidden bar was a nice surprise and I had fun hanging out there my last night. So many friendly people! I would stay there again.

I’ve stayed at this hostel three times, and nothing beats the location. It’s close to everything you need, including the awesome night life on Sixth Street and the great sights the city has to offer. The hostel also has a very chill and welcoming bar downstairs too! Jared on the front desk is really knowledgeable and a great guy to chat with. Quincy in the bar is also a legend too! Thanks for another great stay.

Overall great place, great staff. Wasn’t expecting the kitchen with breakfast available. Not very common with hostels. The only negative was the showers weren’t very clean. Everything else was what I was looking for and expecting.

We had a private 4 person room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was surprisingly big and comfortable and the bathroom was huge, almost as big as the room itself. Everything was clean and the staff were amazing greeting us with a free beer. The breakfast was simple but nice, and the building had a lot of great amenities. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first hostel. Location is great if you want to hit up a lot of bars, however I was in there mainly for the hiking. Parking is a little difficult. I had to pay for a parking pass at the end of the day. Thats my fault though I didn't do any research on the area. Staff was great and friendly. Staff member specifically was very informative and accommodating. No complaints.

Jared at front desk was Amazing. He took the time to explain us everything about Austin( nice places, restaurants, bars). Regarding cleanliness of the Hostel, Bathrooms were kinda dirty especially the tub. The hostel needs more couches to sit.

    Very Good

I rated the atmosphere lower as this definitely more of a lodging for those who still enjoy the party scene. There was also an incident one of my night's thete where authorities had to be called. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend. If you are looking for a place to lay your head and try to get some shuteye, it works.

    - Unfriendly staff (Mark?) - Security barely enforced and I saw many people sneaking up and sleeping on the couches by the rooms which was uncomfortable - Loud, quiet hours not enforced - Potentially loud and distracting roommates (snoring, disturbing when coming back at night) - Blankets were thin and it got super cold at night - Facilities weren’t the cleanest
