General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Property Description

Totally we have 30 rooms: you can choose between bungalows or hotel rooms, but all with Air-conditioner, TV, mini-bar, safe-box.

    Facilities, staff and cleanliness all great. There's a pool and bar/restaurant. It's not a party hostel but they still arranged a great night to Haad Rin for us that wanted to go.

    Nothing noteworthy on either end of the spectrum, they do what a lot of other places in the area do, in terms of what they offer. Beds were more comfortable than most, but my girlfriend and I also got a stomach illness from something we ate there.

    Nice place overall. A little while from the pier (about 10 mins in a taxi - 200thb). Nice pool area and set right on the beach. Restaurant and staff were nice. Food was nothing special but cheap. Decor quite outdated but all functional and works. Safe in room for security but just a wooden door and dodgy lock.

    Absolute waste of money. Overpriced for what it is - a rundown resort. I stayed on a family room which was old and tired. The aircon didnt work well, no hot water and the bathroom had mould. Staff were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The only perk of the place was that it was right on the beach. Will not be staying here again!

    The staff themselves were really polite, welcoming and lovely. Although, the bedroom we received was nothing like the images and we had NO RUNNING WATER. So when we arrived after travelling we couldn’t brush our teeth, we couldn’t wash and it was the same the next morning before we left. We have complained to website but had no reply. For £46 I expect running water to wash or flush,. The WiFi barely worked either. I want a refund for the lack of running water as I felt dirty and disgusting.
