We Didn’t like the room set up. The sink was In the room which makes it challenging to be quiet for your room mates. The overall facilities was good. They had a lot to do. The food and drinks were good too.

I’ve stayed in many hostels over the years but this was the first one that charged for luggage storage. Paying 80 NOK at check in and another 80 NOK after check out is ridiculous.

First I will say that all the Generator Hostels I have stayed in are very nice and clean. But here are a few thoughts. In a mixed dorm it would be nice if the sink was in with the toilet, actually in any dorm. This is the first time I have encountered a sink only in the open, pretty difficult to wash yourself in such a situation. Curtains on the beds have become pretty standard throughout Europe and Türkiye, it provides a little privacy in an otherwise open environment. Otherwise great stay.
