There was someone (homeless man) trying to get in my room through the window, which obviously they can’t prevent but a comp or a little bit of a sorry would feel nice. Got moved to a different room on a higher level and there were stains on the bed sheets. I asked the receptionist to get something from the other room that I forgot because I was so scared so I left the room in a hurry, and he was extremely rude. He was acting like I was the idiot for even leaving anything down there in.

Great hostel, good location next to King’s Cross. Cool that’s it’s got the bar downstairs with good food options. Showers and toilets are very outdated though and not having privacy curtains are the only things that could be improved.
