Excessive noise ALL NIGHT. Never received more than 2 hours of sleep per night. Chairs scraping the floor overhead until 0400, kids screaming and slamming doors. The room smelled of sewer gas all of the time. One staff member was kind enough to give me a fan. The "window" looked put to a gutter and was covered with a black tarp. I left it closed as I did not want rats jumping into my room. Good for under 25 yrs of age.

Disappointed with my experience at Generator London. The staff were not very welcoming or friendly—hardly a smile, and they often seemed tired or fed up. The room access was also inconvenient. Even though I stayed in a private single room on the third floor, I had to pass through three or four separate gates/doors, which was frustrating with luggage. I can only imagine how inconvenient this would be in a dorm. The hotel should improve both staff customer service and room accessibility.
