Coolest hostel I have been to! Such a peaceful environment and a great way to end our trip in Indonesia. Amazing location to watch the sunrise and snorkel. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this hostel. Beautiful and peaceful. It felt like staying in a grown up tree house. If you book this hostel, be mindful of what to expect. It's open air, no AC, compost toilets, etc. I personally loved all of that. The compost toilets were cleaner that many other hostel toilets I've seen! There are small lockers in the bedroom areas, but you need to provide your own lock and be aware that there are no doors to the sleeping areas so don't leave your valuables out. Lovely!

This is a very basic hostel. We had a room which was a kind of shakey treehouse with no door or anywhere to put your backpack but the floor. Does have a small safe for valuables. We loved staying here all 3 of us had our own little treehouse and it was so beautiful. Staff are absolutely lovely and surrounding area is beautiful.

Of course this place isn’t 5 star but it was a fab experience! Spent 1 night here after Gili T and it was the perfect chillax spot. They have hammocks, free pancakes, acoustic band and a turtle snorkel spot on the doorstep. Our room was on the beachfront so beautiful views to wake up to! Comfy bed, sure there was a few bugs but we had a mosquito net so no issues. It’s the perfect wind down spot and the bamboo shower was cool! The place is well looked after by staff too ☺️

This place is very cool, it’s right on the beach which is amazing for snorkelling I saw quite a few turtles within 5 mins of snorkelling, you do have to be open minded as it is an eco hostel as in you’re basically sleeping in the open but you have mosquito nets and some privacy there were small lockable boxes (need your own lock) and obviously the compost toilets which actually were fine didn’t smell or anything, the staff are amazing and super friendly

Would have be to very openminded for this hostel - I loved it (compost toilets, staying in a tree house with a mosquito net for cover). Staff so friendly (Liz!) great free breakfast, location was great so easy to get from the harbour and to restaurants. Security could be better - no lockers to put big bags and where you sleep in the open, anyone could come in and knick your bags. So make sure you have a secure padlock.

I stayed at the Eco Hostel for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hostel itself is very basic but that's all part of the charm. The rooms themselves were not very secure for storing bags / sleeping etc. Breakfast was good. Great location and all around good vibe.

Great for a relaxing, beachside chill out. You can't beat an ocean view from your window. We could hear every slight movement of the room above us. It was incredibly hot. No secure storage whatsoever. It was very, very hot and the fan did nothing. The compost toilet was actually completely fine, just be aware of what one is before you go.

This hostel is dirty, messy and not put together well at all. I showed up in the morning and ended up leaving later that night and got myself a private villa for the same price. I couldn’t even stay at this place for one night, it was so dirty, i did not feel safe because there was no security at all. And no place to lock my things up.
