On occasion, things were out of stock - bike rentals, vending machine goods. The room we stayed in was fairly clean and quiet. Respectful roommates and the overall population of guests appeared to keep to themselves as well. No major issues. It was difficult to keep the bathroom dry after/during showers because the shower door didn't fully close, but it was still alright, overall. Friendly staff. I would probably stay again, though I may want to go somewhere more central. Pretty good though!

Nice hostel overall. A bit far from the main part of San Sebastián but a nice place to stay (30-40min walk, 25 min trip on bus with walking). The kitchen has very few utensils, bring some with you if possible. Next time I think we’d look for something closer to city centre.

Big, modern-looking hostel, helpful staff. Inside quite empty looking, huge common area but very small kitchen. A bus away from the centre of the town. Roof terrace a definite plus.

This hostel is located in a very strange place. If you are here to visit San Sebastián, don’t stay here. The place is huge and feels cold. Things are made cheaply. Seems like large groups come here to spend the week. I was between 2 rooms of 12 year old girls. Other than that it has the basics and could be nice if you’re looking to stay in a forest.

Kitchen was poorly equipped and way too small. Next to no cutlery nor dishes. No oven. No freezer. Security was poor, we had our food stolen from the fridge despite so called security cameras being there. Staff not able to find perpetrators. The showers were the smallest I've ever been in. Just 30cm between the tap and the opposite wall resulted in being either scalded or frozen when you bumped against it.
