- The hostel is not adapted for people with disabilities. Please note that the building may contain architectural barriers such as narrow passages, high thresholds, no elevator access, and limited signage. Rooms are located above the 2nd floor.
- The hostel is divided into two separate sections, each with its own independent entrance.

HOSTEL ATMOSPHERE

Greg&Tom City Hostel offers a friendly and international atmosphere where travellers can meet, relax and exchange experiences.
Our communal areas and daily meals provide plenty of opportunities to meet other guests, while our central location makes it easy to explore Kraków independently.
Guests interested in nightlife can also ask our reception team about evening activities and organized events in the city.
Please remember that this is a shared hostel environment. Some normal noise associated with communal accommodation and guests arriving or leaving
at different times should be expected.
Quiet hours are observed from 12:00 AM until 7:30 AM.

ROOMS
We offer dormitory rooms from 4 to 10 beds, equipped with modern metal bunk beds designed for comfort, durability, and the perfect social hostel atmosphere.

All rooms include:
- Comfortable beds with warm duvets and quality pillows
- Hygienically packed bed linen
- Individual reading lamp and power socket for every bed
- Personal lockers
- Safe boxes in every room

CHECK-IN & POLICIES
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: until 10:00 AM
- Late check-out until 1:00 PM – 50 PLN per person

Cancellation Policy
- We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the first night.

We ask all guests to respect other travellers, our staff and the hostel facilities.
Any damage to hostel property or excessive cleaning required as a result of a guest's behaviour may result in an additional charge starting from 300 PLN, depending on the circumstances and costs involved.
