The place is nice and well located. The rooms are secured and clean. Cannot complain about the place itself except some comments on the staff. No one is there till 10 am which is a problem for some people who want to check out (before 11 as the rules of the hostel says) and catch a plane or so. Second comment is lack of communication between the staff, when you talk to someone and the next day ask another guy it is expected that he might not know what you're talking about.

Booked a 4 bed dorm, but they put me in a 6 bed dorm instead as it was fully booked. I agreed on that as long as we stay max. 4 people in the room for both nights. However, in the second night we were 5 people... and I still had to pay the price for a 4 bed dorm not of a 6 bed dorm. Moreover, the bathrooms (shower as well as toilet) are all shared with male and there are clearly more male than female guests. Not cool!

After finally finding the way into the building I was pleasantly surprised that everything was working via code and there were no keys needed anywhere. Many facilities, enough bathrooms, clean rooms with big windows, a bit expensive though.

the surrounding area is very noisy, the noise continues to exist until later than 2:00 am. It is really annoying. I had to call the police because of the noise that people were making with singing and playing music till later than 03:00 am. The hostel has no sign from the outside, it is hard to find the building. But most annoying was the noises. Also, I was told that I am reserving a bed in a 4 bed room. But I was given a bed in a 6 bed room, and all the beds were full. I believe for this mon

So this is not a hostel. This is a bunch of overpriced bunk beds in a souless building, despite the fact it is a very nice central hip neighbourhood. No atmosphere, more like a socialistic airport cheap motel, seriously understaffed, no English signs, no common room, uncomfortable loud beds, no breakfast (even though you can get hostels in Oslo, Norway for a cheaper price - 30 euros for this is a robbery). Basically, people sleep and get the f... Outta there. Really sad

This place was very strange and unwelcoming. The main entrance was an elevator that didn't even work, so after figuring out that we had to go through the stairwell, we stood outside the door for an hour while nobody responded to the doorbell or picked up the phone. Finally right as I was about to cancel our booking, the most unwelcoming man you have ever met opened the door. He took us to the office and gave us our room keys - though by his attitude you would think it was actually killing him.
