The staff are very nice, Locagion is close to central bus station. They just started this business in August, but not bad for a beginner, I hope they continues the good work.

my friend and I stayed here for two nights for a weekend away to Milan (we go to university in Italy). Super safe location and a three-minute walk from the metro. Not in the center of the city but you can get there quickly. Super nice staff and great hot cocoa at breakfast.

I chose this hostel for its location near the Milan Lampugnano bus station because I was traveling by Flixbus. The hostel is located within 20 walking distance to the bus terminal, and from Lampugnano, it's just a short ride away on the subway direct to the city center (Duomo station). So all in all, I couldn't be more satisfied with the location. The staff at the counter are very kind and helpful, you are doing great! The toilet has no place to hang clothes but a few chairs.

The hostel is far from the city center but close to a metro station so is ok. The staff is really nice. The hostel is not in good conditions, the bathrooms / showers are open, it smell really bad sometimes and no toilet paper. The walls look terrible, the door of my room was almost broken and also the bed. Everything looks really dirty.

Hostel is not very well located but at least it's close to the subway. The staff is not very welcoming, only one guy was cool to us and he was working during the night shift only. The breakfast is a little bit worse than I expected but it's edible. Now, the building itself is the worst part: it's an old hospital (!), everything is old and the bedrooms are small and very cold during the night. WiFi didn't connect out of the reception and there was only one electricity plug/socket in the bedroom.

There was a plug from 6 people in the room. There was no wi fi in the room. You pay 2 euro to rent a towel. There are holes on the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom looked ancient. My bed rocked and felt unsafe. The pillow was yellow. The room was full of mosquitos. There was light going in to the room from the hallway all night. You had to make your own bed.
