Pictures don't do this location justice. While settled in a seemingly sketchy area, it is not. Singapore is safe all around. I booked a private room for myself and liked that housekeeping came everyday with new sheets and towels. A/C works amazing in the hot weather though. It is located near the bus and train stations so you can get around easily. It is also near the Mufasa 24-hour Shopping Center (10 min walk) in case you need to buy emergency toiletries or food. Staff is generally helpful.

I had a great stay at Haising hotel in Singapore. The location is very good with two metro stations in close proximity and it is also very close to Little India and Arab Street. The room was generally clean and tidy and although small, felt cosy for a solo traveller on a budget. If I'm in the area again, I would happily stay here.

Good location in Singapore's Little India. Inexpensive, but bedroom and connected toilet were only 7.5 square meters. Room is not recommended for big people or travelers wit lots of baggage.

    Very Good

We had to change our booking from 3 nights to 2 at the last minute and the hostel only charged us for those two, which was really very good of them. Sheets and towels were changed and the room well cleaned, which we hadn’t expected over such a short stay. Air con cooled the room effectively though we could only find two modes - chilly and completely off. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Very handy for the MRT station. Functional and characterless (why would we want to pay for character?)

Good location, opposite bus station, walking distance to bugis street & bugis junctions. Room is clean but very hard to sleep at night because the noise from outside can be heard clearly. Too noisy.

There is no real atmosphere here. Just a room for you to stay in. Room is clean and housekeeping is done everyday. Staffs are responsive but not cheery. The room I stayed in, you can hear people talking on the street. This only happened once early in the morning and woke me up. It is close to MRT I.e. Singapore's subway system.

We couldnt find anywhere under $200/night as we booked 2 days before arriving, but hotel is overpriced. Room was clean but small & the area is not great. Loud at night & this street in Little India is gross. Walls very thin & can hear everything in rooms next door. 1 good thing is it is across from an MRT station. Bathroom is too small & shower/toilet area is overlapped which sucked. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Stored our luggage after check-out & allowed us to check in 4 hrs early.

It is so bad without a lift. The staircase is a very high, steep to go up and down with luggages and very hot. Only the rooms are the ones well ventilated with A/C. The reception is way outside of the accommodation building. Whee I was staying the 3rd floor, domestuc stuff like linen, mops and other cleaning tools are just iutside of my way out of my door. The reception staff are very rude and abrupt. They don't look at you or acknowledged when you greet them or say thank you.

I've never stayed in a room small like this. Not enough room to turn around. No window, which wasn't mentioned when I booked. It was a closet with a bathroom.
