This hostel is located on the west side of the lake. It was a bit tricky to get to the hostel, but once there it offered a great location for nature lovers. I had some trouble finding food for dinner time.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and able to assist with food options and what to see. It was hard to find the hostel - take a photo of the front of the hostel’s picture. It has the Chinese name written on it - otherwise I would never have found it. Room was great and they even upgraded me from a 4 person to a 3 person shared room. Food on site is great and well priced, lots of restaurants in area. Most beautiful area of west lake to walk around minutes from the hostel. Would stay again.

Slept in the one-man tent for one night, it was quite nice tho the tent was on some creaky boards so whenever anyone passed by otw to the toilet or basin it was noisy, happened that there was someone snoring loudly nearby so that affected the experience as well... Also paid 15rmb for a quick breakfast and it was okay..

A nice place to stay in Hangzhou, located right next to the southwest corner of West Lake. The facilities are a little sparse and the atmosphere is perhaps not the most luxurious, but it is comfortable and a great value for money.

Hostel is very far from the train station so because we arrived late we had to get an expensive taxi as the buses had all stopped the location is excellent though for viewing west lake. The staff were lovely you do have to make up your dorm bed on arrival and the rooms are a little on the small side but overall a lovely place to stay with great staff.

Very cute little place, felt like a converted home (pretty sure it is). In a cute area with great biking oportunities, many pretty hills and nature all around..must go to the tea museum!

Very very difficult to find this place -- maps will lead you wrong! I offered to write up new English directions for the hostel, and they turned me down, so I guess they don't care. Pretty unimpressed with the staff, but that's typical for Chinese hostels. Location is near a beautiful part of the lake, but it's also super far from the metro (like half hour on a bus far) and that gets old after a day or so.

I was disappointed by my stay here. I think they should maybe revisit what "deluxe" means. The room was a bit drab, had no view to speak of and looked out over a very noisy car park gate. There was a 9pm curfew but someone arrived after 11pm quite noisily, unsure whether a guest or not. And please note that cards are not accepted by the venue, contrary to what I remember the description saying.
