Anna, Anna and Rose are amazing as are all the other staff. It’s been a pleasure to stay .. we have used the hotel to sort out trips and transportation to and from Halong Bay and Sapa and it is a great base in Hanoi old quarter if you want to have a quiet safe location a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of the night market and restaurant areas but within a few minutes walk.

We loved our stay here! Ms Anna looked after us so well!!! She organised our trip from start to end, gave us an itinery and everytime we returned, greeted us with open arms and a warm smile! (She even remembered our names too) The facilities were great. If you're after a quieter hostel then this is the place for you. Fantastic location and amazing staff, you'll never go wrong here!!! I can't thank them enough for making our time in Hanoi and surrounds so enjoyable!

This place really is a home away from home and definitely more like a hotel than a hostel. Ms Anna is amazing and really goes above and beyond what is expected. She was fantastic help during our trip and always greeted us with a smile. She really did take us under her wing. Breakfast was fabulous. So much choice and big portions! Really good quality. Rooms were spotless and had every amenity you could possibly ask for. Laundry facilities were exceptional.

Highly recommend. No small detail was forgotten, from welcome juice and snacks to an amazing breakfast cooked to order which was included. Closer to a hotel than a hostel but great value. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds. Anna was so helpful with planning our whole stay and got us a great deal on day trips and halong bay. She genuinely cares about making guests happy and we were sad to leave. Our AC didnt work but they checked on it immediately and moved our room so there was no issue

Our stay at the Hanoi old quarter hostel was wonderful! They include breakfast, and they have such a large menu to choose from which was a great surprise. When we checked in, they let us into the room early so we could rest from our long day of travel. After we left for a cruise on halong bay, they welcomed us back and let us leave our stuff with them while we waited for our next transport, saying we were family! Anna, the receptionist, helped us confirm all our travel plans and was so sweet :)

My partner and I stayed here throughout our travels in Northern Vietnam. The staff were absolutely wonderful and helped facilitate our repeated stays as we spent a few days exploring areas outside of Hanoi (helped with free baggage storage, discounted room rate, etc). Definitely feels more like a hotel. Great experience overall!
