Cannot say enough good things about this lovely guesthouse. The host is the most wonderful, kind, and helpful lady. She sent me an email before I arrived with Korean instructions to show the taxi driver and a phone number for him to call. She then waited for me at the taxi drop off zone and helped me with my luggage. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to spend a weekend meandering through the hanok village. The rooms are spotless and you get a genuine feel for traditional hanok living.

The single room is quite small but it's ok for sleeping. The owner was friendly and helpful. Location is great. I would like to mention the restaurant next door, mum and daughter I guess, authentic korean taste and delicious!

Had a fantastic stay at this traditional house! Great location, walking distance to all major sightseeing locations, is in the Hanok Village. The host is a super sweet lady, her spoken english not good but interesting she will explain everything amazingly on the map. She writes English so all good. Very kind and helpful. The facilities are very clean. She was also kind enough to call taxi and come out with umbrella as it was raining. Highly Recommend!!😁

Imo was amazing, even though her grasp of English is small and she is on the older side she still sat with us and showed us the map of the area and explained everything to us, she cared about our trip and our experience.... Please be aware that the rooms can be small and tight but that is part of the experience of staying in the Hanok Village. Very close to most of the cultural sites in Jeonju very easy to walk to

Beautiful and charming little guesthouse nestled into an alleyway on the edge of the Hanok Village. The hostess was very welcoming despite having little English, I asked her where I could do laundry and she personally took my clothes and cleaned them for me! Cozy ondol-style rooms. The atmosphere was a bit lacking as a solo traveller but if you want some peace and quiet, then this place is perfect.

The host also sat with me and showed me the map, recommending places to go and what restaurants would be good for a solo traveler who can't eat a whole table full. Very kind person. Location is right at the edge of the Hanok village--convenient but also quiet, excepting the thin walls. Know what you're getting into with the traditional experience. Doors secured with a coded padlock. There was AC and a small TV. Everything was spotless. Lovely garden. I found some much-needed peace here.

Proper Hanok-stay guesthouse. The house is pretty, very well renovated with modern amenities. The owner is very warm and joyful and provides loads of tips and sightseeing recommendations (just be patient, since she does not speak much English). The only negative point if any would be the relatively unreliable wifi access point.
