Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and great rooms. Made us feel very welcome and had good tips and advise on what to do and see in Dublin. We really enjoyed our stay, and next time we will be in Dublin, we will definitely stay at Harvey’s guesthouse.

I found Harvey's Guesthouse to be a most hospitable and friendly place. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and basically apart of the family. They were very helpful as a solo traveller first time in Ireland and it was nice to have Harvey's Guesthouse to come home to at the end of each day. The facilities were great and the location provides great walking access to main parts of the city. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Loved staying here. There are a few flights of stairs (my room was on the top floor), which some people may not prefer. My bed was made every morning and the shower pressure was excellent. Location-wise about a 15 min walk to the bridge/Liffey river. Didn’t need any transportation while I was in Dublin. Owner was extremely friendly, and waited with me till my taxi arrived for the airport!

A fine mix between hotel and hostel. Everything was super clean, the family very friendly and all else nice too. Of course, in some other town the price could have paid for a hotel room, but in context of Dublin's unreasonable prices, the price wasn't that bad.

Great place to stay while in Dublin. Wish breakfast was included, but overall great value for money. The street outside is quite loud, so if you do stay, try very hard to get a room at the back of the house. The Flood family were all lovely! Key entry for both front door, and your room.

This is a cute Georgian Street about a 20 min walk from the city center, so it is nice and set back from some of the busyness. The room I had was small but comfortable. One thing I would be aware of though is that you have to be okay with climbing a few sets of stairs to reach your room.

I was charged two times, and then being refunded after one or two days , made me a bit scared to be honest, rather then that I got everything I needed in there , about 15 minutes walk from city center

Very nice & accommodating hosts, and spotlessly clean room & ensuite bathroom. The room I was in (#9, top floor) faced the street and is quite noisy. I live in South Philadelphia so am very accustomed to street noise, and this was bad even for me.

Very clean , bed in room I had was missing wheels one side so was on the piss , no frills accommodation , no toiletries , no kettle Etc , room I had was up multiple flights of stairs , was not a problem for me , but could be for some , owner ok ,but was told how to operate a key in a door , i'm 54 and have spent my entire working life staying away from home , and as such have stayed in thousands of rooms and feel quite able to operate a simple door lock , bit stingy with the central heating also
