Good things- plenty of toilets and showers, basic breakfast in the mornings, and the location of the hostel is near to lots of night life. Bad things- showers on the mens floor were dribbly, showers on the womens floor were cold, the beds were all falling apart, dorm room had no curtains, no pool ques to play pool, the xbox controls were broken so couldn't watch a movie, the hostel was unclean/run down, a self-proclaimed homeless youth was allowed to sleep in the common room over night.

First: staff was nice and friendly but... I never slept in dirty place like this hostel. It was just disgusting. 100% nobody clean my room from weeks-smell and flying, fluffy dust everywhere. Toilets and windows just nightmare. Beds? Bedding? Please... Out of any comments. Breakfast? Fat spread, jam, toasts and cereal... Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not visit again if they pat me...

I have stayed at many hostels across Asia and Europe, and unfortunately, I have to say this one is bad. First, the hostel smells terrible. Literally a mix of p***, cigarettes, and dirt. Second, my key never worked so I was consistently locked out of my room. Third, there seemed to be quite a few sketchy people hanging out around and in the hostel. However, to end on a positive note, the hostel is in an excellent location. If you value location, this is a good choice, if you value quality - Run!

Absolutely filthy. No soap in toilets, dust everywhere, beds were so uncomfortable, pillows basically empty, breakfast bread had run out by 8:15. We didn't even bother having showers after the state of everything else. How do I go about getting a refund?

Coming in, the room had not been cleaned and the bed not been made. After complaining that was done more than half an hour later. Curtains were half dangling and could not be opened or closed. Although rather clean the washing facilities were way below standard. Of the four showers, there was only one working properly and that was the one of which the door was missing. The taps over the wash basins were producing slightly more than a trickle. There was no check on noisy people after 10!!

While the location was ideal, this should not be recommended as a decent hostel by any means. There were no elevators for guests use. Had to lift large luggage boxes up 5 floors. The rooms were extremely dirty and with bad odor and the toilets and bathrooms were very dirty with half the toilets/bathrooms were not operational due to locks being broken/taps not working. As for the budget, the prices were in range with some of the other hostels in vicinity (eg Hilton Chambers).

Dirtiest hostel I’ve stayed in, someone puked in a sink in the men’s bathroom and wasn’t cleaned in the 3 days I was there. Only one shower worked (a dribble) in the men’s bathroom. Avoid!!

Got there after booking online to be told it was over booked and I could not stay! Would not return due to this problem. Could not find any more accommodation that night at such short notice. Had to sleep in the train station!
