Overall pretty satisfied! I just wish the bathroom was little better. The sinks were leaky and toilets didn’t flush very well. They also made a really loud noise when you try to flush. Otherwise, great, helpful staff 24/7, comfortable clean bed, convenient location, lockers available for free. Still a good experience!

I had an amazing experience with the staff Brandley. He helped me in my two night with some problems I had with other costumers and the solution for it was perfect. He was attentive and polite. By another hand the building is olds. 3 male toilets wasn't working and some doors of showers were broken.

The hygiene and cleanliness at this hostel is yet to be seen. Dead flies on the window sills, toilet water everywhere, excessive dust on everything, the worst bed I have ever slept in, everything needed a fresh coat of paint and a clean. I might sound like a snob but I used to live in the Generator hostel in London and there is no comparison. Hatters have put me off for life. However one staff member was amazing Bobby. Thanks Bobby

For £144 each for 3 nights this was definitely not worth the money. The showers were freezing cold, the toilets flooded and smelt of urine. My friend had her shoes stolen from the bathroom. There were also no mirrors inside the rooms and only one full length mirror in the entire hostel. However, It was in very good location and the people we shared with were lovely.

Great staff and location. The facilities however are unhygienic. From spider webs everywhere to dirty washrooms to clumspy and uncomfortable beds. I was on the fifth floor and the washroom there wasn't functioning leaving us only with one washroom, that too on the first floor. No charging ports available for every bed either. Just did not enjoy my stay here

Although the staff here were very helpful and not at all at fault but this was my worst stay by far in any hostel. Homeless people taking beds without paying, people smoking in rooms late at night. When you’re to worried to shut your eyes in the night you know that it isn’t going to be a good stay. Avoid this place and pay the little extra somewhere else. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The facilities were very old and dirty. The beds were broken, bathrooms were smelly. The common room was dirty, old food on the floor, creepy vibes.

We came back to people in our beds, receptionist just shrugged his shoulders and said “it’s those annoying lot”. Toilets a disgrace, no toilet roll and it look like they had never been cleaned. Overall the worst hostel I have ever stayed in.
