Without any exaggeration, this was the best hostel I have ever seen. The vibe and atmosphere were surreal, given the history of the building. The location within the old city was awesome, you are a walking distance to everything. The hostel manager went out of his way to show me the great spots in Jerusalem through his extensive knowledge of the city, and was a great character to get to know. For its price, the hostel is a steal!!!!

Very basic place with a great stone wall interior in the historical center of the city. But you cannot complain for that price in Jerusalem.

The location is great! And the hostel fulfills the basic needs of travelers: you can sleep there, shower and use the toilet. But it really doesn't offer more than that. Our private room had nothing else but a bed. No hanger, no bin, no proper duvet cover. The bathroom was not extremely dirty but definitely not clean, either. The stuff was friendly but somewhat uncoordinated when no one felt in charge for our laundry and left it unwashed without telling us.

Would not recommend. Although location is very good (in the middle of the old city), it feels very dirty. Staff is friendly but doesn't seem to clean anything. When we asked for towels they took them from the dirty laundry basket. Also no sheets are provided so you have to sleep under a blanket of which the cleanliness is unknown.

The worst hostel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were really humid and cold, with no heating whatsoever and I caught a cold from the small amount of time I spent there. Kitchen was basically non-existent and the whole place felt extremely unclean. I booked 3 nights because of the good location but ended up only staying for 1 because I was concerned for my health. This place should not be a hostel.
